The Au Pair/Guesthouse finished in 1950 was originally built as an inlaw apt and in real estate today is considered an ADU (accessory dwelling unit). It offers two levels hosting 6 rooms that are presently configured with a full length Second Floor Loft for Office or Bedroom, First Floor Full Bath, a Kitchenette, a Breakfast Room, a First Floor Bedroom and a Great Room located above a two car garage and a laundry/bath.
